World Youth Day

I was just wondering what everyone thought about this. Ie, the Catholic World Youth Day in Sydney.

Catholics from all over the world converged on Sydney to see the Pope, thats the long and the short of it anyway.

I don't know how much you guys got of this on the news but it was constantly on the news here for about 3 weeks. And after the first week or so I got sick of it lol...And not being a Catholic, it had even less significance to me..

I do think it was good for this country though, got us a bit of exposure, it did get a bit boring after a while though...
And, I just thought this was funny..
That less people came to see this man here(500 000 people)


than came to see this man in Central Park (980 000)


Made me lol..*needs a facepalm emoticon to insert here*

Think I heard about the Youth Day thing on the news, actually :].
Didn't pay attention though, meh.

That's pretty funny though x']. Pope got pwn'd.
