Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have a new house on the beach.

The Los Angeles Times reports Brooks and Yearwood bought a one-story house with 3,700 square feet in Malibu, California.

The house had been listed at 5.45 million dollars and then dropped to 4.95 million, but the purchase price was not disclosed.

According to the listing, the house sits on half an acre with beach access, and it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an outdoor patio with a fireplace.
